Not as explained to me it's not, by three different people who would know better than myself the actual IRS and state regulations. The act of pushing the button, whether it is a single spin or accumulation of spins from a single push is what determines the threshold. I've ran up over 1200 several times through accumulation of multiple spins myself, I've as well had to pay taxes multiple times on Class 2 machines on Red Spins. I actually asked one of the attendants we know real well and has paid me out multiple times, he said that a button push is what determines it every time, he said he's never in 8 years working as an attendant at the same casino seen this so called rolling red spins.

So they finally started letting you win? I remember you used to always complain that they never let you win...like it was impossible for you to get anything from an Indian casino. I noticed you will not say where you play...well do you ever go to Winstar or Choctaw? Why not just start playing elsewhere instead of belly aching over it. You've been saying you've been talking to different people for years. Not trying to be contrary...just saying. I guess I just don't understand.

Here is a perfect example, he gets red screen from one press of the button. Red screen spins pays over 6000 quarters and no hand pay..

LOL nice deflection, no I have won, and repeatedly have posted wins over the years, now the last 3-4 though those wins have definitely been fewer and further between and that's no matter the casino, I've played at over 60 of them in the state. I've also played tribal casinos in several other states and ours are definitely not as good as what I've experienced in states like La., Co, the Dakotas and others. What I have said and others as well is that we need regulation and oversite in this state like every other state in the nation has, that's what Stitt wanted to get in the renegotiations last year but of course the tribes would not go for it s they want to keep the Fox guarding the henhouse that Henry gave them. Yes I have played both those casinos, Winstar pretty much every trip to Texas I will stop there and have only left up once and that was due to a big hit on WW2 and immediately leaving, I have many friends in Texas who play there as well regularly and in other states and they say the same thing I do. Choctaw I will never darken the Durant doors ever again after the one experience we had there and I don't just mean the gambling.
Again though nice attempt at deflection from the subject

See the interesting part of this entire thing is it's been 4 tribes mentioned in this situation, that's one of them.
