Played China Shores and Quest for Riches for a couple of hours yesterday and walked out about $100 lighter. Not too bad considering the play time I got. What was heartbreaking though was watching a guy next to me max betting ($2.25), hit over 490 free spins plus a few smaller retriggers along the way (about 540 total) and barely break the $1,000 mark after all was said and done. I'm starting to have second thoughts now on this game too but it and Quest remain still the most popular Konami games at my locals.

Tired of China shores not paying anymore

I am trying to like china shores again but I have to stay away from this game for good now. Free spins paid crappy with a bunch of dead spins on regular play. I cannot believe I spent 80 trying to get it to come alive today at morongo. No more china shores for me. And I have not seen any wins from anyone else playing it either. I will stick to legion warrior from Konami or any other good Konami games... No more china shores or even heavenly world, they suck. Since I won big on it last year, it has hated me since. look at this win from this many spins (don't remember exactly how many spins but I think it was 38 spins). At least on legion warrior this many spins give me over 50 bucks majority of the time.

I've never played China Shores, myself. The locals do have a number of Konami machines but I've never seen this one. The machine is available in Southern Ontario; one guy's YT page is full of China Shores bonus play. I'd like to try it someday to see what the fuss is all about.

The first time I tried China Shores, I didn't see what the fuss was about. Then the second time, I got a 100-spin bonus and suddenly understood what the fuss is about. Now China Shores clones and Buffalo get at least 90% of my play time.

China Shores is at every single casino I have ever been to with more China Shores games than any other Konami game available. I think it is Konami's most popular game or something is why they are everywhere. I tried many different China Shores when I was in vegas memorial weekend and no luck on neither. I saw someone get a lots of spins on the china shores in the quad right by the entrance on las vegas blvd apart of titan 360 Friday night and get a hand pay of $1,500 + on it. I tried China shores next to the lady that won and got no luck on it or at any casino. :( I think China Shores hates me since that one big win last year. :(

The only Konami game I did real good on in vegas was Fortune of the Orient, also at the quad (could not find fortune of the orient or even legion warriors at any other casino). At the casino I was staying at (eastside cannery), no luck on china shores once so ever or really any of the konami games there. The Quad is where I had the best luck on them, except china shores.

If anyone goes to vegas, try the china shores at the quad. you may have luck like that lady did. I should have gave china shores a longer play, but I didn't after about 10 dead spins in a row. Maybe I could have gotten something. Fortune of the Orient gave me free spins within the first 10 spins of $300 on the bonus. I usually think if something doesnt pay right away, it won't pay. Usually when I do try and test it and stay on anyway, I am correct about it not paying.

Same here, but then after I got all those spins and a big win and also a continuous big win on the game itself without any bonuses thanks to the gold turtles, has not paid since. Bad luck on China shores has been happening to me since late last Winter.

Count me in about China Shores (& Konami in general ) not paying.

It used to be that you'd get at least 1 decent spin for every 8 free games you won. I can't tell you how many times I've win less than $1.

I've found that to be true playing both min and X2. Sure sucks.

The only decent hits I ever get are regular line pays, so they don't have to double it.

I'll see if they have it at Lac Leamy tomorrow. Maybe I haven't noticed it or it might be somewhere in the Casino I rarely visit. I would assume they would place it around other Konami slots.

EDIT: No China Shores in Gatineau and I already know they haven't got any at OLG RCR. If I want to play it, I'll have to go to Woodbine or any other Southerne Ontario casino or maybe Akwasasne Mohawk Casino in New York.

EDIT 2: There are two China Shores machines at RCR. They were being used, though. Figures.

China Shores is placed all over the casinos. At my local Pechanga, they are placed randomly spread out all throughout the casino. At Morongo, there is even a section with 10 China Shore machines in a row back to back and also spread out throughout the casino. They are also on all the konami multiplayer and linked games like Beat the Field, Titan 360, Mystical Temple, Drago's Victory, and more. This game is everywhere and you cannot miss it.
