Konami was a Big Disappointment this year.

They had very little to offer in regards to information, excitement and product mix.
    They did not post any:

    • Press Releases concerning G2E
    • New Game information on their website
    • G2E Live Social Media Feeds (facebook/Twitter)
    • Did not have anything really exciting to offer at the show.

As a player I am totally disappointed in this company.
If I were a casino representative, I would be wondering why I should have this product in my casinos?

Could this be the next company to fall victim?

Your right. The big ball game (known as the titan 360) was the big item on display for Konami. That's all.

Still Konami chose not to release a formal release about the game or what they had to offer at G2E. Now that the show is over details of this monstrous contraption are appearing. I found this site: http://www.vegaschatter.com/tag/Konami%20Gaming to contain some information about the product but was unable to find anything on their website.

IMO its too big and looks like to many problems could occur causing malfunctions (which players all dread). They are not the first company to offer a setup like this. If I recall AGS did something similar.

Played the Titan 360 at Harrah's in AC and it was a lot of fun. It was in use constantly and hard to get to play on it. It does draw a crowd and really generates a lot of excitement.

You will probably see the Titan 360 at the larger casinos. I doubt you would see this in the smaller casinos because of the shier size of the unit and the fact that its leased. Well see how well it does.
