I'm a fan of Video Poker for Winners. It's something like $50 but worth it--many variations of VP are covered and it has trainer modes that will tell you when you made the wrong hold.

In the casino, I find Double Double Bonus pretty volatile... Loads of fun if you hit four of a kind, a bankroll drainer if you don't. I think Jacks or Better is like watching paint dry. Bonus Poker is a nice middle ground, with OK payouts on 4OAK but also 2x your bet for two pair, which helps you play longer.

Go to videopoker.com It may ask you to become Gold. You do not need to. There is plenty of choices to choose from. I try to practice my play on it too when I want a break from the slots in the casino

Videopoker.com is definitely my favorite site to practice due to having the same games as casinos.
