I probably knew this but forgot. Thanks again, I updated the original post.

I thought you could use any email service to upload since your photobucket email address is unique with some random numbers and letters in the address.

I use the android app to upload to photobucket.

On trick I use is to type out my post on my phones notepad, insert the img codes from photobucket (they are text codes) and save it. When I'm ready to post, I just copy - paste into the SF thread.

Not to throw more confusion your way, but those pics you're emailing to photobucket if you have a smart phone are waaay to big (in terms of MB size). I always reduce the file size or 'resize' the pic before exporting to photobucket using an app from Picsay. Much much faster to upload and manage.

They key is to reduce the size before you upload to photobucket so you don't have to monkey around on their site. Are you uploading from a phone (which one) or PC?

Don't know about Mac. The problem is your camera produces a very large picture in terms of resolution. You should find a way to reduce the size before you upload to PB. Reduces upload time, reduces storage needed on PB, reduces display time, and reduces picture size on the forum. Wish I could help you with Mac.
