    Just back from Bellagio

Just returned from 4 days in Las Vegas. I stayed at Bellagio (four free nights, $225 in free play and $100 food credit for MLife gold). The room was a standard two queen with fountain view. Perfectly adequate but the electrical outlets at the desk didn't work. They are very careful about making sure people wear masks. Most restaurants are closed and it's tough to get in anywhere without a reservation unless you are willing to sit at the bar. We ate of Lago (Italian - very good) and Yellowtail (Japanese - also very good) and had breakfast at Sadelle's, their casual place. I had one hand pay on Buffalo Diamond for $1700 playing a $4 spin and a couple of other good hits but then I spent it all on the weekend LOL. My gripe is that I spent a LOT - gambling, dining and having a spa treatment - and they didn't comp me anything extra. When I went o Atlantis in the Bahamas for four days last year, *EVERYTHING* was comped for TWO couples (my husband and I and our daughter and her boyfriend). I gambled more dollars at Bellagio and they didn't comp me my meals and spa treatment when I checked out (they called casino marketing, so so they said), so I am going to call again and ask for some of it to be comped. Any tips to get more of the trip comped? I billed roughly $1100 to the room over four days. My coin in was around $22,000 and total loss shows about $5600.

As for the casino experience itself in the time of Covid, as noted above, Bellagio is good about making sure people are masked when not eating or drinking (or smoking). It wasn't overly crowded but didn't feel empty either. I doubled masked the entire time.

    DC,
Thank you for the great trip report. Way to go on the hand pay. I would call them and ask what they can do for you on the comps. Maybe you could ask to speak to a host?
I am surprised Bellagio did not comp you more. You would think with everything going on right now they would want to give you more so you will want to come back again.
I am glad they care about making sure people wear their masks right now. I wish all Casinos would go smoke free during the virus at least. It is so nice walking into a smoke free Casino.
I am so ready to go back to Vegas.
    Continued good luck.

I did email them and ask for more comp. We'll see what happens.
