I'm not worried about it, though I have to admit, if I was gambling in LV I wouldn't be as comfortable trusting their gaming commission as I am with NJ's DGE (Div of Gaming Enforcement). I just had a minor (possible) issue with an online game (manufacturer is Slingo Originals) so I sent an email off to the DGE; the rep replied and said they were sending the game over for a review. Test it and make sure the changes that were made didn't affect the RTP. Also, never informed the patrons it had changed (a certain bonus feature was removed) nor did they delete that feature in the description of the game.
Not really about being robbed, or having your $$ confiscated on the way home, but there are many ways to skin we cats and I try to advocate for us by keeping up with the news, the rules and regulations, the differences in how states treat gamblers, who certain states give the benefit of the doubt to (LV: the casinos, you betcha!), etc.
    Keeps me busy! Haha.

I got an email today from the Investigative Division. The agent wants to call me on Tuesday to discuss this issue further.
This is why I feel good about gambling in NJ: fairness and response to patrons by the regulatory division. A+ behavior, always.
    Have a Happy Day, all.

    Thelma,
Thats great that the investigative division is taking this seriously. I hope everything works out and they take care of the issue. Go get them tiger.

I trust their determination will be fair. Whatever they find, I will accept it as a legitimate finding. Honestly? I think just a look at the PAR sheet will tell them what RTP would be when that bonus feature is removed.
