    My husband is having trouble logging in. He tried to reset his name and password and the site switches screens and he never gets an email. He also tried to start over and create a new account and it says that registration is closed until April 2019. Can someone fix this or help us out please?

    @Loralee911 I don't know if your husband ever got back in but I was having the same trouble for over a year. I would try it every once in a while and the same exact thing happened to me that happens to your husband. Then a week or so ago it suddenly worked if I used Microsoft Edge. Perhaps your husband can try that.
