    Oklahoma legislation.

Curious as to the thoughts others have on the changes to the compact. Before anyone answers remember this, the same tribes that dont want to pay even 10% here or put in sports books are paying 20% in Arkansas and putting in sports book. The social media campaign on this especially on Twitter has been flooded with trolls and fake accounts the tribes themselves have put on that platform just so you know, I personally have had over two dozen that were attacking Stitts posts banned for being such accounts.

Stitt has asked for the tribes to renegotiate the compact and they are refusing to and have filed a lawsuit against him on this issue. They contend the compact automatically renews which it doesnt according to a few legal people I have talked to about this. He has not even brought up things like regulatory issues and such just wants them to pay a bit more than they are, we are second only to California in revenues but pay a far lesser portion than other states. AGA has whats called the state of the states and the numbers are all there to see.

Some will disagree with me that is fine.. I would not play at a Oklahoma casino until they get some sort or real gaming compact. Besides having a boat load of junk class 2 they also have zero over site. You know all the old conspiracy theory's about how casino's can cheat. Well Oklahoma is about the only state where that can really happen. They can literally do whatever they want, because they police themselves. I think they have over 100 Casino's with almost no regulations or more important to us no limits on hold percentage!!

All true the problem is most wont bother to check into the facts and simply listen to the commercials the tribes are running about how much good they have done with the money, which when you fact check them has all been things that directly benefited their members. The Fox has guarded the henhouse long enough here.

You know the funny part of this regulation issue is when pressed they will attempt to deny it, using the NIGC as their regulation and talking how much they are audited. On Twitter I was recently involved with the Chief of the Sac & Fox Nation, yes it is a legit account, on such a conversation, when I brought up the few actual incidents and the facts behind those incidents he had no retort for those nor why the so called regulations of the NIGC themselves were not followed nor enforced despite in at least two cases were multiple times over a period of years. The fact is regulation and or the opening of the state to commercial gaming interests, my personal choice, are the last things they want because it would show what a scam the last 15 years have been and how much the state was screwed out of those 15 years.
