    Big win Tampa Hard Rock

For all those who say Tampa Hard Rock is a lost cause my wife hit $10,328 on a 50 cent bet on Liberty Link. So it can be done even at an Indian Casino notorious for being tight. At the bottom left my wife is looking at her win. The people to the left and right were betting over $3 and she was only betting 50 cents. Go figure. And when we left the guy to her left went on her machine. Never could figure out why people do that. But guess he thought it could hit twice in one night. Random is what random does I suppose Forrest Gump would say.

What a fantastic hit. Tell your wife congratulations.
I know some people think machines will not hit again but I have had back to back jackpots on firelinks on the same machine within 10 minutes so it can happen again.
    Hope your luck continues.

Follow up to my wife's win. The floor worker who got her the check asked if she wanted partial check and partial cash. She still had her bankroll for the night so she just said she wanted a check for the entire $10,328. He looked irritated but brought the check and the W2G tax form. She had called me on my cell since I was in another part of the casino so I was standing there when the guy gave her the check. My wife asked me to tip him and all the cash I had on me was $40 so I gave that to him. He was not happy it seemed but said "thank you". We don't win big usually since we are low rollers. I guess he wanted her to take a check for $10,000 and cash for $328 and maybe give him at least $100. I don't know. What do you all think since some of you bet big and win big all the time? Maybe there is an unwritten rule to give a percentage of a big win to the floor worker. I myself thought $40 was ok. But it didn't look like he did.

In my view anything he got was a bonus. All he did was do the work required by the casino and gaming commission which is his job. $40 was Ok.

I think that was plenty. And, it was rude of him to make you feel like that wasn’t enough.
