MLife Tier Credit - Specialty Slot

This may be already answered but is Lightning Link considered a Specialty Slot by MLife specifically the Borgata?
I swore I heard the Tier Credit earn rate is lower on Specialty Slots.

MLife does make "Specialty Slots" earn Tier Credits at a slower rate. I think the "normal" rate is $3 coin-in = 1 Tier Point. For the "Specialty Slots", I believe it's $10 coin in for 1 Tier Point. From what I understand, these "specialty" machines are marked and are typically your leased games.

While Lightning Link is a leased game, you may want to check and see if there is signage or ask about the earn rate.

This is an MLife policy (at least it used to be, I canít really find anything about it online) and Iíve asked Borgata via email and social media and have not ever received a response. My next trip down Iíll ask at the desk, but Iíll probably get the wrong answer or no answer at all... seems to be a big secret for whatever reason!

MLife has before posted on the machine if the earn rate is different.

In Las Vegas at Bellagio there are several slot machines which have metal tags noting 1 point = $10. Not alll leased machines have these tags. There is an area near the hotel elevators which is NON-SMOKING many of these have the tags.
For Borgata I've never seen a machine noting a reduced earing rate.
I play regularly at Borgata and Bellagio, for the same amount of play I earn more Tier Credits in Bellagio but fewer COMP$ than Borgata.
