    One in a Billion ?

I wish I could tell you this story is about me but it happened to the Lady sitting to my right last night ...
I was out making courtesy calls on some important clients yesterday in the Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, area of Pa. and when the mission was completed I found myself within Field Goal Range of the Mt.Airy Casino, and said, " Why Not " ...
My Free play allotment here is spread out on Tues-Wed, Friday - Sat, and Sundays. Sundays are my most lucrative day, but the others are nothing to sneeze at. Must be some sort of Magnetic Vortex in this area as my car will only steer to the left on these roads and when I regain control I find myself in their parking area....
Call my wife and tell her I'll be home around 6:30. She's making Pizza and says take my time..
Whole different Dynamic and crowd here on Tuesdays and all my favorite machines are occupied. Wait out a Lightning Link Heart Throb and take the warmed up seat. Normally play $ 1.00 ( .50 x 2 multiplier ) but decide to just play $ .50 wagers and kill some time.
Young lady I've met before sits down to my right playing the new LL Eyes of Fortune version @ $ 1.50 a spin which she did very well on this same machine two Friday nights ago when I first met her..
My $55.00 free play rises and falls and keeps me going for about 40 minutes or so and I'm content with just building up my comp points on Coin In numbers.
She hits a long dry spell on $ 1.50 bets and her $ 175.00 start up is down to $ 12.78. Switches over to a $ 1.00 bet which is no help and she's down to the remaining $ .78 .
Oh well.. She hits the Last Chance button ( I call it the Hail Mary ) and unbelievably she gets a Lightning Round with a MAJOR and a MINOR chip showing !!! Proceeds to get a Mini chip , a $ 35, and a $ 75 on her next 6 spins for a $ 1,269 hand pay. I was thrilled for her and was glad I was there to witness it. Even got a Big Hug out of the deal ....

Only in America, folks, Only in America.....

I couldn't top that so I cashed out with a $ 11.45 TITO to start play with on Sunday .

    Hi Rich,

Had to go look it up, The original Hail Mary Pass was on 12/28/1975 Roger Staubach of the Cowboys to Drew Pearson at the buzzer beating the Minnesota Vikings.
Every time I try the Hail Mary button all I hear is " Wump,Wump,Wump. Goodbye " !!!!

Her name is Cheyenne, and she just lost her Dad 2 months ago. It brought a smile to her face, and a tear to her eye, and that's when I gave her a Hug...
