    Hello @MAXIMUM BET

I would recommend a couple of resources online for you to check out. First is http://vp2free.com. It is a site that has a database of casinos across the country and what VP games they offer, along with the expected payback percentages. Find your casino(s) that you want to play it and check out what games they have that offer the best PB and in what denominations. Additionally, the site will tell you where these games are located (however casinos do move machines so they may have been moved from when it was updated last.)

Second, check out http://videopoker.com. The site has hundreds of games you can play at home that are just like the casino VP machines. You can work on strategies and practice.

With a $100-$300 bankroll, I would pick a .25 or .50 game to start. My general favorites are Double Bonus Poker and Double Double Bonus Poker. In those games, you are really going for the 4OAKs which is where the bonuses are located. If you can find a good percentage of those, you are going to be in a good position to win something. Royals still pay 4,000 credits.

I probably would hold the Ace and go for the straight. More than likely the "best play" just holding the K and J trying for a flush, straight flush or royal (tough with just 2 though). Remember, it is still gambling and the computerized "best play" strategy may not always work in your favor. There have been times I've completely screwed up and gotten a much better hand in the redraw!

Awesome, hope it pays off for you! I don't only play VP when Im at the casino, but I do usually give it some time. It's really fun at El Cortez in Downtown Vegas because most of their VP machines still dispense coins. You can cash out then redeposit your coins 5 at a time into the machine and play.

Playing VP will usually extend your bankroll as well, especially if you stick to .25 and .50 games. $1 can eat it quick obviously. But you also want to look for the best games with the best paytables you can get with vp2free.com.

A fun variant that I like to play is Triple Play .05 Wheel Poker Deluxe. Very fun!

As far as Sam's Town goes, my favorite machines there are the .25 ones on the far back wall. One bank has a max of 5 coins for the progressive (on right..$1.25 max bet) and the other bank is either 10 or 20 coins (though I never play more than 5 for a $1.25 bet). I usually always play Double Bonus or Double Double Bonus.

At Horseshoe, I love the .05 Triple Play Super Times Pay machines on the 2nd floor. Walk in, turn left and they are on that side. Again either Double Bonus or Double Double Bonus here. The max for these is .90.

As a reminder, points do not add up as quick with VP. Horseshoe (as all CET properties do) gives you one Tier Score point per $10 play through. Sam's Town I believe does it as 1 point = $2 or $3 IIRC.

Is VP predetermined like regular slots ? Probably a dumb question but I gotta ask .
