A little further up the Yellow Brick Road....

Still shaking my head in disbelief after Tuesdays great win, and the feel of 68 x $ 100 bills being counted off in my outstretched palm.. It's safely taking a rest in our savings account now..
Returned bright and early yesterday to try and coax some more out of that same machine , and quickly received a " real world " reality check, and a crash diet to my wallet of $ 150, and $ 70 free play.
    Okay.. Lesson learned...

8:10 am and off to Mt.Airy casino in the Poconos for my Matched Comp offer every Thursday for the month of August . Beautiful morning, the Subaru was purring, had Willie Nelson on the CD, and the anticipation of those bacon and eggs served in a cast iron skillet awaiting me three miles before the Casino entrance.
Anyone who has ever been to Mt.Airy will tell you it is a beautiful resort tucked back in about 2-3 miles of the main road in a very scenic valley. The first view always reminds me of what a European castle might have looked like back in the 1700's.

Long story, short, got my $ 70 free play and never looked back thanks to Lightning Link - High Stakes. Same machine I hit the back to back 5 golden suitcases on last Thursday.
Not only me, as it seemed that all 10 machines in a row were very loose , and everyone was cashing in.. Played for almost 3 hours, and walked out with over $ 600 in my pocket on $ .50 x 2 wagers, thanks to 3 Minors for $ 100 each. That elusive Fluorescent Green MAJOR chip kept popping up, but couldn't get him in the net....
Same lady , as last week, was there to my left playing the Tiki Torch version again at $ 2.50 a pop, showing $ 700 + in credits, and told me she had over $ 1,200 in TITO's from earlier that morning.
Hope I'm not dreaming, and about to wake up, cause it's been one hell of a week , and wishing all of you a similar run starting today..

    Bettin Man,
So glad you are on a roll. It sure feels good doesn't it?
I went to Riverspirit tonight for free dinner and everyone that was invited got $50 in free play. I also got to finally meet Sharon (Slh) what a nice lady and she has a really nice husband too.
With my $50 free play I always get every week it was nice having $100 in free play. I played my Oceans of Gold and it gave me good play but not as much as I wanted it too. I played a lot of machines and brought home most of the money I brought. I always consider that a win. I hope you continue to do well.

Bettin Man, congrats. I too will accept that Blessing.

Kuda - what a pleasure it was to finally meet you in person. My husband was telling our host that it was funny that its the first time we ever met since I'm always talking about you. As sweet in person as she is on the forum. ❤️

    Slh,
It was awesome getting to meet you too. Did you do any good? I did ok no hand pays but left with most of my money which I feel is a win. Did go to Hard Rock Saturday night and played a machine called
Gong Xi Fa Cai. I started with less than $100 and turned it into over $800. I was very happy about that. Hope to see you at Riverspirit again.
