    The Wynn and Encore NOW pay for parking

    LAS VEGAS - Another Las Vegas Strip property is now charging for parking.
    The Wynn and Encore are the latest resorts on Las Vegas Boulevard to change their parking policy.
    Local residents will also have to pay the standard parking rates as well. Valet rates at the Wynn and Encore will start at $15 for up to four hours.
    Self-parking will begin at $7 and go up to $15 but the first hour is free.
    The properties cite recent parking upgrades as the reason for the change. If you lose your self-park ticket, there is a $30 fee.
    You can still get free parking at the Venetian and Palazzo, Treasure Island, Tropicana, SLS and the Stratosphere.

    Dateline Las Vegas, 2018 - 100% of all casinos in the Downtown area and on Las Vegas Boulevard now charge for parking. The first hour is free for gamblers with higher levels of club card points. Hotel guests are generally given a 25% discount as long as they do not leave within each 24 hour period.

    Taxi companies and Uber drivers, which had welcomed these moves to paid parking, are complaining because they are now charged $5 for pick-ups or drop-offs.

    Starting in February, 2020, the toll gates currently under construction on Las Vegas Boulevard go into effect. Drivers will need to buy a special RF tag for their car and are automatically charged via their credit card, so traffic won't be slowed down by toll booths. Rental cars will all be equipped with these RF tags and toll charges will be automatically added to the rental fees.

    My local casino is a better place to gamble than the strip.

    made me laugh, and cry;

    could also add:
    2025 all LV hotel rooms FREE- but there is a resort fee ranging from $30 to $500 a night...

    2030 - All slot and table play requires a player's card. The player's card is to ensure that your first $100 will ALWAYS be losing bets.
