@pkspins Thanks for the above post. We actually liked the JACK when it was Horseshoe. Since we are able to travel the CET system fit us very well and we learned to game their rewards system so that our gambling cost was very low and at same time got to Diamond status and enjoyed free rooms at the Ritz. Now JACK is damn near a zero for us. We live in same area as Eric. Seneca only 3 hour drive which is good for us as we like to stay for couple nights where ever we go. Personal opinion is JACK really doesn't care about slot players or at least ham strung by top management. Over half of the games we like to play have been removed and we are not about high volatility slots. Again thanks for the post.

DH and I used to go to Horseshoe a lot. We have never liked it since it turned into Jacks. We also used to stay at The Ritz. It was a nice overnight for us once in a while. I agree with PKspins not worth going anymore. We also love the Hardrock. Go a little less then we used to go. our FP is still good for now. We also started to go back to Seneca. We love the casino. Love the rooms and also food. Like the fact of the free drinks too. Once you start going there, you will get free room offers. The room offers are also good at Seneca Niagra. Have you ever been there?? It's a lot bigger with many more machines. Also short walk to the falls.

I had heard a good story today about getting free play at Hard Rock up there near Cleveland. What he had lost was returned in free play throughout the month. He had said he didn't really hit anything at all and the machines were tight normally.
    That's all folks!

It can be really tight there. It really just depends, and while that's true of any gambling situation that place seems to be more extreme than anywhere else that I have played. Everywhere else I have played regularly - not just in this area but in other places I travel to regularly - I have always found a niche of machines I can just go play when I just want to play for a little bit and hang onto my money. Even stuff like 9 line reels, that are usually good for building coin in numbers at any other casino including your local, can eat the $20s like nothing there the same as the most volatile slot.

I think that their offers are more generous the further you live away. I am 20-25 minutes away but parts of my zip code are located way closer - like maybe 5-10 minutes tops - so I think that has always hurt my offers. Others that live further away, particularly friends of mine from PA who have played there when in the area, have received much better offers vs. coin in and bet size than I have ever seen. Even so, their offers don't get as generous as the Rivers in Pittsburgh, for instance, where I really made out free play wise living here vs. being a local. The place is hopping any time you go any more so I don't think the offers matter so much to get butts in the seats.

We have never been to Seneca. Scheduling to go in August for a couple of nights. As far as HR is concerned I have heard it is crowded and I can understand why when you see how much slot play Cleveland lost when they became the JACK. Looking forward to Seneca as we are country type people and really do not like urban type locations. Want to get out of casino for couple hours each day.

Looks like quite a few casinos do this. Though I do not get anything through the mail for FP, I do see Delaware Park often runs an earn X comp points and get X $'s in FP promotions. Borgata even has a promo like this along with their other offers of FP throughout the month. BTW I never run enough coin through on my bus runs to qualify for these promotions at DP.

I am going this weekend. The last time we were there was Last July (2016) We have a room for 2 nights, $220 in food and about $90 in free play, and some kind of mobile battery thing. Iam excited to get away from the doom and gloom for a few days and just have some fun! I will try to report back after my trip.
