    Soooooo.... how is Borgata lately?

Haven't been gambling much lately, and definitely haven't been to AC in a while. Borgata was my go to place, but concerned that it's going to suck now that MGM has taken over. Anyone notice a difference? I've seen some people post wins there lately which gives me some hope.

    Thanks for any info.

I just stayed Mothers day weekend, packed as usual, gaming was bad for me, Starbucks has re-opened and raised their prices considerably for a regular coffee , I guess that we are paying for the higher lease they negotiated.........lol

I don't think MGM's take-over will be noticeable until after MLIFE replaces the current system--SOON???

I would like to go here after MLife gets fully implemented. i think the general opinion is that this is the best casino in AC.

Been down there almost every weekend and I have actually been winning lately... which is definitely a change, but for the better. The comps have remained pretty steady as well, with offers posted through August at this point. They say that the official changeover will take place June 6th, which is just a few short weeks away. They will give everyone with a black label card the MLife gold card automatically, which still gets you the club and buffet access, free parking etc. As for the Starbucks, they did reopen but they now take comps 1:1 as it owned by Borgata, which might explain the raised prices.

I think it'll take a few months before any changes will really be felt, unless they start to pinch immediately. They've had close to a year to figure out who keeps the lights on there, and who swings thru for a latte. Gonna be interesting.

Just booked my first Borgata air junket out of Myrtle June 8-10. This will be my first time staying there. They've really ramped up the junket offers to me since MGM took over. Used to be great Caesars ones out of Chas, but those dried up

It's all just a mater of luck, I think, no matter what you choose. The popular ones are Bonanza Gold (esp the Pigs), Lightning Links, WD2, and the new Heidi's Bier Haus (which is next to WD2 and GoT); they were just put in when we were down for an overnighter and at 3 am, my daughter was chasing two large progressives on OBJ; watching the bank of HBH players, they realized the bank was crazy paying so they all began upping their bets to 6 bucks a spin. They all made out like bandits. One lady put in a hundred and cashed out over $1,400... By now though, I'm sure the 'just lead 'em in by the nose, I'm new' hold has been raised. LOL
I see it this way: you need to find the 10% of machines in a paying mood, so at B that would be which 300 machines are happy right now? Not an easy task! haha
I have started to play machines that show they just bonused for the player that left and I get on it. It's kind of worked out for me. Kind of.
