Transporting Yourself in the Casino ....

    @DMoney45
David & I went to WinStar today .. which if you have been it's huge! Had lunch at Chip n Ales - so good. Tried their clam chowder this time - oh wow - yummy. We played 4 or 5 hours and went home with what we brought. So Win.

Now I just about lost it again today. Folks need to understand the paths through a casino are no different than a city road system. The main path a highway and lots of main side roads and little lanes.

The main highway has a maximum and minimum speed. You do not stop in the thorofare - pull to the side. You pass on the left. Yield to other traffic near important places - restroom & drink station. Don't go into oncoming traffic. Some indication of a turn is nice. You need to pull to the side for personnel.

Side roads generally one way is correct. No abrupt stops - some sort of sign or signal please. Slower speeds.

Little lanes much slower but understand these are short cuts for the pros - so no blocking with the Granny Gear.

    Thank you all for playing!

My kids say I have a gambling problem ... nope I have no problem with it at all!

Chip and Ales is so much better than it used to be.

Winstar on a weekend, OMG, people need to move! There are always people just standing in the walkways, oblivious to people trying to walk through. It drives me nuts! And don't even try to walk anywhere on the hotel side when a concert lets out. It's crazy!

I try to go to Winstar every other weekend, but I haven't made it in a few weeks. I need to go soon. I've had really good luck there so far this year. Let me know next time you are there. I might be there too!

Yes nobody seems to care, oblivious to people trying to walk through. It's the "me me me" society we live in.

    D. Trump understood that loud and clear. Me me me!!!! For all who voted for him, open your eyes. The butcher's bill is due soon!
The wall may go up, but YOU ALL are gonna pay for it one way or another. LOL and rolling on the ground.

Ha ha...so true Traci-- some places need traffic directors! I'm that person that steps on the gas and passes a few at a time on the side lane. LOLOL

And can we add grocery stores to this list? Is it really necessary to leave your cart smack dab in the middle of the aisle so you can text?????? And I don't need to hear your personal phone conversations while I'm on the checkout line
    Where are you Mrs. Gottrocks?

I cannot deal with people just standing around in the aisleways.. and it always seems to be when the casino is busiest and it's hard enough to move around as it is!

I'm going to admit something only because ya'll are my friends .... I did lose it a little ... I did the inadvertent butt swats. You know just power walking along and one gal slams on the brakes in front of me [don't know what for] well sorry my arm kept going ... Swat ... sadly no reaction out of here.

Now the second one seemed to be the modern spoiled valley girl ... on her phone on major intersection of walkway - right in the middle. Swat .... she jumped and wheeled around at the same time and yelled excuse me. I didn't miss a beat ... I said it's okay no big deal and kept going ... giggle giggle.
My kids say I have a gambling problem ... nope I have no problem with it at all!
