Some quick thoughts on FB slot games

    Games I'm playing now:

    Hot Shot Casino

It doesn't have a ton of games available but it has 88 fortunes and that's one of my favorite casino games. They also have zeus 3, kiss colossal reels and a few other WMS games. Cheers, dean martin money blast and several I haven't unlocked yet.

You get one daily bonus. I'm at about level 280 and usually get around 50k daily and maybe 3-4k every 3 hours. You can buy 375k for $25. Last time I bought they gave double so 750,000 for $25. Not too many pop ups here. I think one each time you go there when the page opens. Might not even get that if you get a bonus. They usually give a notification in FB for 10k each day. I think you can go back for a few days and collect after the fact.

    Double Down Casino

Daily spin for something like 100k to 2mm but usually get maybe 150k - 350k. You can accept only three spins from friends a day. I think lower wheel values but I have gotten 500k and 1mm before but they are rare. Usually 100k or so and often less. Generally I collect for a few days and play when I get over 1 million or so.

There's a website you can go to for codes for free credits. I believe it's run by the developer so it's legit. It's posted here in thread about double down. I can post it if it can't be found.

I'm level 14 or 15 and it will take about a million spins to get to the next level. I don't think rewards increase when you level up but not sure. Many IGT games are available for play. Treasures of troy is my fav but they have many others.

It sucks that you can only collect 3 gifts a day. That should be more. I'm not sure if I've bought coins here or not but I think they are pretty cheap. Like 1mm for $1.

    High Five Casino

The games are mostly IGT but the ones developed by --- I think high five games but not sure. They are black widow, golden goddess and similar. Games are ok but most newer are kind of blah. They have quests which at least give you something to do and your coin is based on game levels so leveling up games will get you more coins every 4 hours. I forget my level here but been playing since it launched and get about 6k every 4 hours. They recently added a daily bonus which for me is 20k. It helps. I purchased coins a couple times when I first started playing. Did very well and leveled quickly in the beginning.

They have a sister casino with an asian theme which I played for a while but got bored with quickly.

    Hit it rich casino

This is a zynga game. It doesn't have any casino games but many tv and movie themes and some that might mimic some real slot machines. It's ok but it's one that I only play every few days.

    Wizard of Oz slots

Another zynga games. You can level up and get a decent amount of coin fairly quick but the amount you need to bet to qualify for jackpots is way too high. They have frequent specials with double coins every two hours or coins every hour instead of 2. Android version will share same account but NOT COIN. I used to play on my phone so I could collect all day long but can only play those on the phone. This game goes in and out of my regular mix. Sometimes I collect for days then lose it all because they convinced me to bet big for the "more frequent mystery gift" then stop playing for a while.

    Quick hit slots

About the only good thing about this casino is that you can play quick hit platinum slots. I bought some coin early and did well and unlocked 3 more games. They all suck so I mostly QH platinum. Been stuck on level 26 for weeks because they don't give you nearly enough coin. Daily is maybe 10k or so and wheel spin (every 2 hours I think) averages maybe 1k.

This is the last of the slots that are in my current standard rotation but it's on double secret probation.

    Jackpot Party Casino

Lots of WMS games. I'm very high level was at max until they redid the casino. Not sure what they were thinking. I don't know anyone that's happy with the new format. For me it doesn't really matter. I hit some huge win about a year ago on awesome reels and won about 900 billiion. I usually just check in to play new games. I never bought coins but did pony up $25 a few times to unlock a few premium games. I know it costs money to host these sites and figured that I would make a donation. That was long ago.

Goldfish casino is it's sister and I heard they trashed that one too. I went there to check it out and they have some games I would like to play there but with the pittance of coin they give you, it would take me three years to unlock anything decent.

All I can think is that it's a money grab. Or maybe there were too many playing that maintaining the servers cost too much so they actually want less players. For me it's still a decent game but for low level players I fear it may be impossible.

I think I will stop there for now. Otherwise the post might get too long. I'll add a few games I used to play in the next post and I'll trash a few that I hate.

    Games I used to play:

    Mirrorball slots

No casino games but good quality games. I think their original 5 or six games were best but I haven't played all of the newer ones. They have regular slot events going on where you have to collect things randomly on losing spins then you get bonus coins when you hit certain threshold and are offered additional coins at the end of the event based on your total collections. If you are patient and bet low you can build up your coin. If you double your bet, the number of items you collect rises at a much lower rate so the higher you bet, the less items you get per coin.

If you haven't tried it, you probably should give it a go. It just ran it's course for me. My fiance still plays it and I know a few others as well.

    Slot farm

I haven't played in a while but the last time I did, the slots weren't great but they had some that you could "game". Bet low collecting items until you get to the point where you only need one more item to get the bonus then bet max and get the bonus at max bet. Don't think you can do this anymore but not sure.

If you're bored, it might be worth trying but don't expect too much.

    3D slots

It's been a long time since I played this. They have quite a few slots but no casino slots. Some of the slots are decent but not quite up to the quality of mirrorball or slotomania. From what I recalled, it ran really slot too.

That reminds me that lately, high 5 casiono has been running slow too. Don't think it's my computer but not sure. It does put a damper on the experience though.

    Slotomania

It's been a long time on this one too. No casino games but high quality games. They have so many that many are really just clones of others. Played for a long time. Went up and down many times. Up into the millions then back down to zero then back up and back down, etc. Lost it all a while back and haven't gone back.

For me, the key was to save up for several days then way overbet. Eventually you will get something crazy and have millions. The same could probably be said for all slot games but it seemed to work there good.

Games I don't play because they suck:

    Jackpot dreams

I actually enjoyed this in the beginning. I don't know if they changed things but you get almost no coins now. Worse than that is the ridiculous amount of popups. popups that will trigger your mouse click even though they are being the button to spin the wheel to get credits. And those pop ups are all over the place.

    Heart of vegas

This really pains me because I really like the aristocrat slots. Only place you can play WW2 and walking dead. The problem? It's hard to get coins. Minimum bets are too high on some games and the bet resolution is ridiculous.

    Strike 1
Either bet 10k or bet 300k. Really? I want to bet 50k. It doesn't have to be exact but get me in the freaking ballpark. I don't know if those numbers are exact, I'm going from memory.

    Strike 2
Here's 50,000 free coins to celebrate the launch of the walking dead slot machine! REALLY?!?!!?!? You give me 50k to play a machine that COSTS 75K FOR ONE FREAKING SPIN. That's the dumbest thing I ever heard. Until you get to #3.

    Strike 3
When you buy coins, which you will need to do unless you want to spend a week collecting up coins to play for 10 minutes... After a coin purchase, they offer you a chance to get many more times the coin you just purchased for the same price. Fell for this 4 times. Why I didn't just stop playing after the first time, I don't know. Every time I got 2x. So I got twice the coin for twice the $$.

I guess I figured that I was just unlucky the first time so that's why I did it again. The trouble with this is that if I would have just spent twice the money to start I would have gotten more coins than falling for paying again for the wheel multiplier. I guess there's a bean counter patting himself on the back for getting me to spend twice as much money for less coin but he clearly doesn't know the first thing about customer service.

It certainly doesn't make me want to go and play their games in the casino.

Thanks for taking the time to post all that great info! I do like Hot Shot Casino, because of 88 Fortunes! I noticed that Maryland Live has changed it's online casino. They have several Konami options now, including China Shores!

I had over 100K credits there
... could have played 5 Dragons for the rest of my days... then they changed it, took away my 100K (just so I might buy coins from them... ugh! and not happening!)

I thought I had a lot more coins with them too! I wondered what happened! The bets are so high... my coins didn't last long. I am like you, will not buy any!

They went to a 'canned' software design... same one ParxCasino online is using... your 'gift' 5K coins don't last long with the crazy-high bet minimums, do they?!
And those 'VIP' slots you can't play unless you have the required credits... I was so disappointed the other day when I logged in at MarylandLive and saw they had completely changed... I won't go back (best for them anyway since all I'm useful to them for is to give them cash for coins (and pay to play with no opportunity to win cash. NO! hahaha)

Caesar's Slots app has some Multimedia games: Haunted House, Chamillion, Wild 70s, Invasion from Outer Space, plus an Elvis one that's fun (and I'm not particularly an Elvis fan). I've got a recent app called FaFaFa slots that has only Asian themed Aristocrat games, including Lucky 88, Choy Sun Doa, 50 Dragons, Dragon Emperor, Heaven & Earth, plus a few others.

I played hollywood casino recently due to an ad in my FB feed. Feels like a mix between jackpot party and hot shot.

Maryland live sounds interesting but not if it changed to something crappy. I played caesar's a while back. Thought it was a clone of slotomania. Fun at first but, if memory serves, that was about the time that jackpot party launched and I lost interest and never went back.

Hollywood seemed to have slots from a few places. Kronos and many others from jackpot party (wms) but some others from other places. 88 fortunes and quick hit platinum. I'm not sure who makes 88 fortunes (but everything else on hot shot is wms), quick hit platinum I think is Bally. Don't think Bally has a FB casino???

Bally was at one time affiliated with Solara, but I could never get Solara to work so I don't know what eventually happened to that arrangement. Quick Hit Slots is a current FB game that has only Bally games -- and not many of them at this time. You get stuck with only Quick Hit Platinum when you start, and then at level 9 you get access to 243-way Cash Spin, the only game in Quick Hit Slots at the moment that I feel is worth playing.

88 Fortunes was designed by Shuffle Master (better known for table games), before being bought out by Bally.

There is another major manufacturer that hasn't been mentioned in this thread: Ainsworth has its games featured in Players Paradise Casino.
