    Anyone getting an error message when they try to collect the daily spin bonus? I have 2 accounts that I play on. One is no problem to collect. The other will give me an error saying that there's no connection. This happens on both an iPad and an android. All apps are updated. I have no problem with errors or collecting the daily spin on either with my second account. This has been going on for weeks. I can't figure out how to contact them to report the problem. I did leave a comment on their Facebook page but they don't reply

    I don't use the app to play, but have you tried reporting it online, through the Facebook app? Leaving a comment is unlikely to do anything, but I think through the app you can leave error reports. At the very least, through the Facebook app you can use the Help area, links you to this site
