    What would you do, Bellagio.

May trip planning. Here is the offers i have.

This Slot tourney . http://bellagio.com/casino/trifecta-...the-slots.aspx 500$ entry, comped room.

Or. My spring offer. 350 free play, 300 resort credit and a salon suite. Oh and two tickets to any show i likely will not use.

Tough call, 275 people in the slot tourney and to even get the money back in freeplay i would need to be top 100. And no resort credit.

As someone who has never played in a tournament, got this notice and am keen to try something like this, I am very curious what the experienced people around this board have to say. We are doing one at Venetian at the end of April, but no buy-in and comp rooms, so an easy decision. $500 in for the two of us makes for $1000, so not as obvious.

I would be the only one playing, so just the 500$. Its 4 sessions so usually the girl friend plays 2 and i play two. You get a comped room with the 500$ entry but just a standard room. Decisions decisions. I am leaning towards the sure thing, 350 free play and 300 dining credit. And the suite of course. A 75k win would work though too haha. 1 in 275 chance i guess. With the exchange rate now thats more like 90k can.

Interesting Ripper did not know you could split the time between you. That makes it a bit more interesting. Let me know how you come out.

I had a similar decision to make and chose the offer. I waited until the spring offers came out, but mine was must too good pass up. No way am I giving up a Bellagio suite for a regular room, and $700 in free play. I think the other factor in my decision was that airfare was much higher for the tournament dates than it was for our normal Sunday-Wednesday dates. Good luck with your choice!

I did this last time unknowingly-
booked the offer because it was too good. emailed my host to ask about start times for a slot tourney that was same wknd. Asked if I got there in time on the sat if I could pay the 500 to get in. yup.
    and that's what I did

I'd take the sure thing. Regarding the show tickets, I always get this too and every time I ask the host to scrap the tickets in favor of upgraded room or additional freeplay/food credit and they usually accomodate.
