    Double Davinci Diamonds

Any thoughts on this new one? I've played it a few times. It's okay but I feel like the original is still holding true to me. It feels like all the "new" versions of the old ones just keep upping the min bet and thus taking more money! Guess that's the idea.

Yup - has cascading reels. Although the change to this one is that you only need 2 of the people. So 2 Mona Lisas payout and cascade.

It's an okay game. Who knows, maybe I like the challenge of getting the 3 images lol. Definitely flashier graphics.

Derek - there's one at Aria that I have played, penny denom. Haven't seen any higher denomination for the newer one.

Thanks Alicia. Sounds interesting. I normally don't care for cascading reels as I don't have the patience to play them (how weird is that?) Knowing that 2 symbols pay sounds interesting to me. Perhaps Evoni can lead us to the higher denom one? She is an expert with the original DD!!

LOL, as much as I love the original DaVinci Diamonds the new Double DaVinci Diamonds has seldom been good to me so most trips I don't play it. Because the penny version has never been nice to me I haven't tried the $1 version of it so far, though I think I spotted one at Wynn this year. My Mom and another friend has had some luck on Double Davinci Diamonds so I know in theory it's possible to win on it.

I have tried it but couldn't get anything going on it and like you said minimum bet costs more so that was a turn off. I love playing the regular version when money is low.

Just the opposite for me. I really like it. Discovered it at Caesars in Vegas. My partner who doesn't gamble much loves it too. Only played the penny version but with the cascading reels and the double symbols I have had a couple of wins in the $200-$300 range. I know Graton here in Norcal has them but haven't tried them there.
