    6 points hit and NO FIREBET!!!

    I was at Bally's AC on Sunday Jun-1.

    There was a guy who hit all 6 numbers very quickly, like in 20 rolls.

    There was another guy who rolled for 50 minutes. I'm sure he either hit 5 or 6 numbers.

    I usually bet $2 on others and $5 on myself if there's a firebet. I would've made about $2500.

    These are the first times I've seen 6 numbers. I've only seen 5 numbers once, in my 6 months of playing Craps.

    I did walk away with $700 profit.

    I've never seen all 6 point numbers made by 1 shooter. It almost happened once in Tunica, an older guy made 5 points and the only one he needed to make all 6 was 10. He rolled a 10 but could not repeat it. I didn't make the fire bet because the table had been cold up till that time. Still I made a $250 profit!

    I have collected on 5 number fire bets 5 times and 2 of those the guy was throwing for the 6th. One time it was the 8 and he couldn't hit it.

    First time I saw a fire bet was in Reno Harrahs . There were 4 to 5 players with at least 10$ on fire bet plus about 10 for the dealers. They were in the process of paying out 6 points made. Most I've ever made is 5 points. Someday....

    in LV, I've seen 6 points it twice - wasnt on it - I've rolled 4 a couple times - always bet on myself;

    here in Detroit, they count all points made AND 7/11 on come-out; points can be repeated;

    need 5 to get 5 for 1;

    just last week hit 9 - 25 for 1;

    best ever is 13;

    I haven't logged a ton of sessions, but even watching, I've never even seen five hit. I've rolled four numbers, and had a great run trying to hit that fifth (4), making the table a nice profit. I don't need to roll it, I just need to be on the table when it happens. That's why I throw a buck down 85% of the time, 100% if I've made a decent profit.

    Sparks, that sounds like a fun variation to the typical fire bet. Which Detroit casinos offer this? I've never played it that way.

    I've only won the fire bet twice. First time was at IP Vegas (now the Quad) in Nov 2011. I was the shooter and made the 4 inside points. My fifth point was 4 but I didn't make it. The other time was in Cherokee last year. The guy tio my left also made 4 numbers and had 10 as the fifth, but didn't make it.

    In Tunica, I saw an older gentleman hit 5 points and had 10 as the 6th. I didn't make the fire bet because the table had been cold before his roll. He didn't make the 10, but he made me enough money to cash out ahead. If I'd only put a dollar on the fire, I would have been way ahead!

    Thanks Sparks. If I'm in Detroit, I'll have to give MGM a try.
