Problem with Apple App

I've noticed that my iPhone SF app will not load topics when using my WiFi. The app runs fine when using LTE. Anyone else experiencing this problem? I shut down my phone, I deleted and then reinstalled the app, yet still the app won't work using my WiFi. Hoping someone can tell me what is wrong so I can fix this... thanks in advance!

That's interesting. Were you able to do this in the past, or something you are trying now?
Wonder if there's a setting somewhere. I'll keep an eye on responses.

I'm on WiFi nearly all the time (gotta save on those data charges) and haven't had an issue. Hope it gets figured out for you Clemi!

I had this happen a few weeks ago too but since the upgrades it seems to work fine.

Can you get on the internet on your phone with the wifi? It sounds like might be a wifi problem?

Thanks Joey, Weezie and kdk, yes I've always had good wifi access in the past. I think the problem might be with our modem, third one in as many months. I will try some things on that end to see if I can fix the problem... Wish me luck!

clemi, my iPhone has worked fine with all features using both wifi (multiple sources) and LTE today and the last week.

Try - hold down both the on/off button and the dimple button just below the screen at the same time until it powers off and you see the apple sign sourcing off. If it does not restart on its own, then push the on button. This is apple's reboot, like turning off and turning on your computer. Sometimes this has help me in the past.

Thanks hytail, by some mysterious force the app is now running fine over our wifi without me doing anything different. 😊

Seriously this issue is out of my understanding. App worked fine Tuesday and Wednesday, today, no go! I've no idea what the problem is. It is not only this app but one other, so I'm guessing it's my phone or perhaps my wifi. grrrrrr!
